Money exchanges hands between a bartender and a patron at a local Austin saloon before a game of Chicken Bingo begins. The object of the game is to guess the number that Red, the chicken, chooses to do her business on. Ginny's Little Longhorn Saloon offers the game at least three times every Sunday, and the winners go home with the prize money.
